All sales final.  If merchandise is damaged in transit, please email (jsjazzyjewelz@gmail.com) a photo of the item(s). Damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. And returned at customer's shipping expense within 3 business days. Customer will receive a replacement (depending upon piece availability) or a store credit. If product is not received no replacement or credit will be issued. Business days are Monday-Friday.

If merchandise is extremely late during transit an item search will be conducted by creating a package research with USPS. If USPS has deemed the item as lost; a store credit will be issued.

If a store credit has been issued for a lost item and your package is later delivered.  A reversal of that credit will occur. If the store credit has been utilized a charge to your account will occur if package is not returned back to sender.

J’s Jazzy Jewelz and it’s owner are NOT responsible for packages marked as delivered by the USPS/UPS/FEDEX or any other delivery services to your selected address on your invoice. It is your responsibility to verify your address before making your purchase.
